How we compute LV TOP
Domain Rank is a number from 0 to 100. It shows how many other Latvian websites link to the site and how technically sound its home page is. It is not a seal of quality and not a certificate.
What the score is made of

The link parts are turned into a 0–100 scale by position: the share of domains below. A site no other site we have seen links to gets 0. The final score is the weighted average. With equal scores the site with more links ranks higher.

We do not measure speed: our robot deliberately waits between requests, so timing would measure us, not the site. Point labels are shown in Latvian.
Which sites are listed
- Only sites of legal persons (limited companies, associations, foundations etc.) and public bodies with a verified link to the company (the registration number on the site, the company's confirmation or domain / certificate data, checked against the open data of the Latvian Register of Enterprises). Sole traders and private persons are never listed.
- Sites our robot visited successfully in the last 60 days.
- If robots.txt keeps our robot out or the site asks not to be indexed (noindex), it is not listed and we never work around the block.
- Links our robot has not seen again within 180 days no longer count.
- Sites whose owners asked not to be listed or scanned are not listed.
What we do NOT measure
- Turnover, customer reviews, company reputation, quality of content or services, prices.
- Visitor numbers: the popularity parts are public lists and buckets, not visit counts.
- Vulnerabilities, look-alike domains or security grades — they never affect or appear in LV TOP.
- Contacts and personal data — LV TOP never shows them.
Data sources
- Our robot DigifyScopeBot — respects robots.txt, crawls slowly, from published IP addresses. About the robot and how to opt out.
- Latvian Register of Enterprises open data (data.gov.lv) — legal form and name.
How often we update
The score is recomputed every night. The robot revisits a site at most once every 30 days. Last computed: 07.11.2026.
How to remove your site or correct data
Fill in the request form and confirm that the domain is yours: with a DNS TXT record or with a link we send to an address at the same domain. Removal takes effect right after confirmation, within 24 hours at the latest. Corrections are reviewed by a person. Request form (in Latvian). Questions: info@digifyscope.com.
